Wanna share one of my favorite and effective exercises for booty gains. ?

Kneeing Cable Pull Through
.
Why I love this exercise:
– It’s easy to set up
– It’s also one of the highest glute EMG activation exercise, gives you good results if you doing it correctly.

1. Set the pulley low on the cable stack machine.

2. Use the rope or V attachment as this makes it easier to pull through your legs.

3. Start with kneeing postition. Inhale, then hinge at the hips, keeping a flat back with your chest up.

4. Once you reach the bottom, exhale, squeeze your glute and push through with your hips, posteriorly tillting the pelvis to reach maximum contraction and pause a sec, slowly return to the starting position.

I recommend to pick a weight that you can perform with 12 to 15 reps per set, and do 2 to 3 sets.
